This company has been nothing but the absolute worst company to work with. Our trimmer does not work so we had to pay a $25 warranty fee to send it back in to get fixed. The trimmer came back with damage to the tool AND not fixed. I have had to send this company 10 emails to get 1 back and takes up to 7-8 days to get a response on how they will fix the issue and never do. I would recommend NOT buying from this company. They do not care about their customers, only grabbing your cash! FRAUDS! I would give them 0 stars if I could!

Honestly it’s the best trimmer however mine doesn’t work right. It only starts when it’s in the holder. If other out of the holder it won’t start. Livery strange.
